First class, gulf front home located South of Hwy 30a- between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake State Park. It’s only 25 steps to the sand (no stairs to descend) and the views are fantastic from all rooms!
Relax as soon as you walk through the door. Everything is upscale, but comfortable in our 4,000 square foot home.
Kick back in the casual living room. Listen to the radio, stereo, your ipod (docking station), and watch dvd’s & HDTV through the audio video system with speakers on the 2nd floor balcony as well. All bedrooms have HDTV & dvd players. You can also bring your computer and access our wifi in Peace of Mind.
There are 5 king beds in 5 separate bedrooms and all of these bedrooms have a breath taking view of the gulf as well as their own private bath. The 6th bedroom is a bunk room with 2 double beds & 2 twin beds. The bunk room has an x-box for your young gamers (or hide it in your closet and send them outside to play).

- “blue” bedroom- king bed, private bath w/ 2 sinks, tub/shower combo, balcony with super gulf views
- bunk room- 2 double bunk beds, 2 twin bunk beds, bath w/ 2 sinks, tub/shower combo, and x-box
- balcony- doors lead to the balcony from the master & “blue room”. Great for toasting the sunset!
2nd floor:
- main living room & kitchen: Bosch appliances. One range, 2 ovens, full size refrigerator, beverage fridge, dishwasher, separate ice maker, toaster & toaster oven, 2 microwaves, 2 garbage disposals, and central vac.
- dining room- seats 12, plus there are 5 additional seats at the bar overlooking the kitchen and dining room.
- “green” bedroom- king bed, private bath w/ 2 sinks, tub/shower combo, balcony with super gulf views

- balcony- large teak table with seating for 8, plus to “old fashioned” rocking chairs & kick back!

Peace of Mind is located on a dead-end street between Eastern lake and Deer Lake State Park. The only cars you find in this area are those going to vacation homes/condos or heading to the public beach access. There are no facilities at this access- so most beach goers are staying in homes nearby.
Your children will love to run, play, and bike around this area. You won’t worry about them like you would with the traffic congestion on 30A.
There are dedicated bike paths all along 30a if you want to make the short trip (approx 4 miles) over to Seaside or (approx 8 miles) to Rosemary Beach.
